More than 100 impression X4 L and impression X4 Bars in action at the world’s largest printing equipment exhibition
drupa, the world’s largest and most important trade fair for the print media, took place recently at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.
For the first time, world leaders Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG enlisted the creative and technical services of rgb gmbh to boost their presentation. CEO Dirk Feuerstein relied on tried and tested fixtures, deploying 112 GLP impression X4 L and 26 impression X4 Bar 10 & 20 as the mainstay of the production, within the 7,000 m² booth.
In particular, they needed to put the world premiere of the new Heidelberg Prime Fire 106 inkjet press system in the right light.
Technical service on site was provided by PRG from Hamburg. rgb gmbh was entrusted not only with this impressive staging, but simultaneously with multiple responsibilities for the lighting design and technical planning for rigging, lighting and media technology — as well as sound for all stands at the exhibition.
